My background is within education. Specifically children and young people with additional needs. These needs could be behavioral or medical. Most of the young people I worked with had been excluded from main stream education. My role was to mentor these children, to build confidence in themselves, to develop resilience and character, raise aspirations and help them to form healthy relationships.

I feel the skills from my previous job really do contribute well for my career as a driving instructor. I provide an inclusive environment for my pupils. I am dedicated to provide guidance on how to drive a vehicle safely on the roads, enabling pupils to gain a full understanding of all aspects of driving in order to increase their skills and to gain their full driving license.
