LESSON FEE

The lesson fee shall be paid in advance of each lesson.  If any fee is owing, it must be paid within 14 days.

CANCELLATIONS

Unless 48 hours notice is given, lessons must be paid for.   If sufficient notice is given, this may be reduced.

ROAD SAFETY

The car may be withdrawn without notice for tests should the student not be up to test standard.

The car and instructor may be withdrawn without notice should the student not be fit to drive e.g. alcohol.

POSTPONEMENTS

The driving school cannot be held responsible for postponements of lessons due to illness or mechanical breakdown or other reason; nor for driving tests postponed by the Department of Transport.

DATA PROTECTION / PRIVACY POLICY

The information that I/we hold about you is shown, in its entirety in the total drive application. It is used in the training context of driving lessons and to provide the Inland Revenue with information about fees paid to the driving school for tax purposes.  Only your name and the number of lessons is held on a computer for the reason above.  All other information is held only on the total drive application. A copy of this can be requested by you at any time.

In accordance with our Privacy Policy (as above), any information supplied by the customer is confidential and will not be shared with any third party without their express consent with the sole exception in this specific instance to Government bodies (e.g. NHS medical or test and trace staff) who are entitled to and may require information in respect of your or my health, symptoms and with whom you or I have been in contact with in direct relation to Covid-19.
